FiestyPaw currently ships orders to all 50 U.S. states, the District of Columbia, and the following U.S. territories:

At this time, FiestyPaw does not offer international shipping.
2. Fulfillment Partner
All orders are fulfilled through Flexport, a global logistics provider.
Flexport facilitates multimodal delivery services—using ocean, rail, air, and trucking networks—to ensure secure and timely delivery across all U.S. states and territories.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and federal holidays.

Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day.

Processing delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unexpected inventory issues. Customers will be notified via email if delays arise.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, customers will receive two key communications:

Order Confirmation Email – This includes the FiestyPaw order number and a summary of the items purchased.

Subsequent tracking updates, including delivery status, delays, or routing changes, will be sent automatically to the email address or mobile number provided during checkout.

7. Address Modifications & Order Cancellations
To modify or cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact us at orders@fiestypaw.com as soon as possible. Requests made within 30 minutes of purchase may be accommodated.
Once an order has entered processing or has been handed off to Flexport, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
8. Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders)
If your package is:

Delayed: Please wait at least 48 hours after the last tracking update before contacting support.

Marked as delivered but not received: Allow 24 hours and verify with neighbors or building management before reaching out.

Damaged in transit: Report visible damage within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.
FiestyPaw will investigate all such incidents and coordinate with Flexport to resolve claims. Reshipments or refunds may be issued based on the outcome.
9. Returns & Exchanges
